Budget Babe Enrollment Questionnaire

Below I’ve outlined what I believe to be the 5 general style types. Check all that apply to you and in the comment box below, list each of your choices
starting with the one that most applies to you as #1 and move down listing the remaining styles all the way to number 5.

(For example, I’m equal parts classic and romantic, who at the same time loves incorporating trends. I love dressing up, but more often than not, you’ll find me in joggers or lounge wear on weekends.
So I would rate my style as follows:

    1) Romantic/Classic (Equal parts)
    2) Trendy
    3)Sporty
    4)Bold

Review the style descriptions below and rate them in the comments box as I explained above.

Classic - You tend to be conservative leaning towards timeless pieces that are mostly neutral tones. Your closet is full of versatile pieces that you’ll be wearing for years to come.

Feminine - You tend to choose looks that incorporate ruffles or draping and more often than not you choose florals over something with prints or graphics. II’m guessing that you have several boho dresses/tops in your closet.

    Sporty -

Sporty - Your style tends to be based on the days activities and it’s all about comfort. Your closet is full of active and lounge wear and I’m guessing that You have quite the collection of sneakers.

Trendy: Your style tends to be based on being fashion forward. You’re fully willing to try out fashions newest trends, even if your one of the first. I’m guessing your friends look to your outfit choices as a way to stay updated on what’s hot and what’s not in the fashion world.

    Bold:

Bold- Your style is all about getting noticed and making a statement. You love artsy unique pieces that typically have a lot of color and detailing making it blatantly obvious that you’re not lacking in the confidence department. Im guessing that you have several sequins pieces in your closet.

    Sizing

    A) Please answer the following sizing questions as accurately as possible.

What do you wear in tops. If it varies based on the style of top (sweatshirt, sweaters, blouses) describe each in the comment box below.

For example: I’m a true to size small and I wear all of my blouses TTS. But I size up one sometimes two sizes in sweatshirts and sweaters because I love the oversized boyfriend fit. I feel the same way about graphic tees because I tend to tie them up, which requires me to size up. But I’m back to TTS with bodysuit as I love them fitted to show off my curves.
    B) Pants: In the comment box below describe the size you wear in pants versus denim.
Please include your preferred style of jeans (skinny, mom, dad, straight leg) and your favorite rise (high, mid, low).

For example: I’m a TTS small or 2 in slacks or numbered sizing with denim. However, my size varies with the rise of my jeans. I’m a TTS 25” waist in high rise denim. Mid rise and low rise, I size up a size to a 26” waist or a size 4.

Dresses and skirts: In the comment box below, explain your sizing for both dresses and skirts.
See my example below for direction on how I would like your answer structured.

For example: Dresses and skirts can be tricky for me. I’m typically an Extra small In flowy or boho style maxi dresses. However, I size up for length in midi and minis because nobody like to show off their bloomers. Skirts I’m a TTS extra small as well, but again, if the skirt runs short, I size up 1 size for length

Name your top 3 favorite affordable
retailers and your top 3 higher splurge retailers. I love a good sale so I may be recommending higher end sale pieces if the sale pricing meets your budget specifications.
Ps: . Feel free to include boutiques.

Shoes - in the comment box below, please give your size and any special fit needs or styles you have to stay away from.

For example: I wear a size 10 in ALL shoes, but if they run narrow and offer a wide width, I go with the wide option. (I always read reviews for everything fashion related. People who have purchased and worn an item know a lot more about it than the actual retailer)
I love love love high heals, but with time, my feet have had some damage, so I prefer a block heal or a stiletto that’s 3 inches or lower.

Please give me your monthly fashion budget in the comment box below. It’s VERY important that you’re honest and provide me with your TRUE budget. It’s my goal that everyone who participates in Budget Babes gets at least one outfit a month based on their style and budget specifications. It if you don’t provide me with your TRUE budget, it defeats the purpose of the entire program.

For example: I had my son when I was 18 and raised him as a single with no financial help. There was a time I was working 3 jobs and my fashion budget was still under $50 for the month. So DON’T be embarrassed about having a limited budget. I’ve been there, done that which ultimately led to me creating this program.

Pleasse provide me your full name and the email address where I will be sending your recommendation look book.
